NC MZR 1.8 2.0 2.5 Turbo Manifold with 38mm external wastegate

After 4 years of development, I’ve finally reached the finish line with our NC turbo manifold and downpipe solution. The compact NC engine bay has been quite challenging, pushing us to try various approaches before landing on this optimal design. This top-mount setup with an external wastegate is what the platform truly needed from the start, though I initially tried to avoid it due to the complexity and additional costs involved.

A few important notes:

• Currently designed for LHD vehicles only (a dedicated RHD version is coming very soon)
• The coolant line needs modification, but I’m including a free relocation kit with this batch

Let me tell you about the design highlights: The 38mm external wastegate is perfectly positioned in the path of all runners, which completely eliminates previous boost control issues. The manifold accommodates GTX G25 or EFR turbos without requiring any engine bay modifications. If you’re planning a battery relocation, the turbo outlet can be oriented downward toward the battery location.

Available Turbo Options:

• EFR 6258/6758
• Garrett GT GTX G25/30

Downpipe Options:

1. Manifold only (no downpipe)
2. 3″ V-band with 38mm or 40mm external gate (recirculating)
3. 3″ V-band with atmosphere dump
4. 3″ V-band without wastegate (DIY-friendly)

Important: EFR and Garrett flanges are different – please select your preferred turbo from the dropdown menu. If you’re undecided, select that option and we can discuss the best combination for your build.

Additional Components:

• Turbos, intercoolers, and full exhaust systems will be available in January with the same 30% discount
