Kraken T25 Ni-Resist Turbo Manifold and 2.5″ T25 GT 5 Bolt Premium Downpipe
Top Mount Mazda Miata/MX5 Turbo Manifold & Downpipe, this system is based on our very own T25 Exhaust manifold which is formed by casting high quality alloys with properties that have ductile micro structure and high thermal stability , this alloy is comparable to stainless steel but with far higher fracture point.
Turbo system is designed around our very own turbo manifol, we have tried many locations in the MX5 engine bay but in the end settled on a top mount offset location for the turbocharger, this means
- Turbo sits as close as possible to the engine therefore reducing lag while the exhaust routing is free flowing with our very own vband adapter for the exhaust connection
- Turbo clears PS/AC, no cutting of the engine bay up to a 3071
- Intercooler can be routed down/side or over the top
- And last but not least fluid dynamics influenced runner design which means flow is directed and isn’t restricted as a traditional log type manifold
This “kit” contains
- 1 x Kraken NiResist T25 Turbo Manifold
- 1 x Kraken NiResist 2.5″ T25 GT5 Bolt Vband Adapter (fits all years/all engines)
- 1 x 2.5″ T25 GT 5Bolt premium downpipe to Standard Location CAT
- 1 x 2.5″ SS Quick Release Vband Clamp
- 4 x 8mm Inconel Studs/Copper Nut

I have this top mount for more than a year now, in combination with a GT2554 r. The installation was fun to do and the 1,6 Miata runs very strong. making 10 psi at around 3000 rpm. I ride the car every day. I had noy a single problem with it.
