The NC turbo manifold is cast in-house from NiResist D5S Type 2, in external-wastegate or T25 forms. The external-wastegate form runs dual V-band joints and no studs. On a GTX 2860R with a 10 psi wastegate spring, it produces 280 hp comfortably.
Cast V-Band, No Studs
The external-wastegate form is cast from NiResist D5S Type 2, a high-nickel iron, with dual V-band joints that replace the studs used on a conventional flange. This removes the most common failure point on a high-boost manifold. The external wastegate, available as an add-on, controls boost directly.
Built For T25 Turbos
The T25 form carries a T25 four-bolt turbine flange for turbos running their own internal wastegate. It shares the NiResist D5S Type 2 casting and the same NC fitment as the external-wastegate form, and suits a smaller, faster-spooling turbo.
Performance
On a GTX 2860R with a 10 psi wastegate spring, the external-wastegate form produces 280 hp, with headroom for larger turbo frames. Figures vary with turbo, fuel and tune.

What is the manifold made from?+
