Kraken Turbo Manifold for Turbo G25-550 has been designed for maximum flow in a short runner type of design, boost is nearly instant and can be use on applications up to 500whp, users have experienced up to 600rpm faster spool up compared to our competitors. (taco manifold not included)

We have designed the manifold to direct the flow of gasses being dumped at the collector for instant boost. The manifold itself has cast iron as its base material however please don’t mistake it for your casual cheap cast iron, the material used is very expensive and very difficult to cast, this is why they are expensive to produce but also why they come with a 5 year unlimited warranty.

The turbo manifold for G25-550 is the same manifold as the one used for the Garrett setups, the only difference between the two is the one stud which is considerably shorter to clear the EFR exhaust housing. The top mount manifold places the turbo high in the engine bay with the wastegate actuator being a bit higher than the cam cover, even though this looks like a mid  mounted setup, the turbo cannot go any higher therefore its a Top Mount Setup.

The 3″ downpipe is 3″ V-band with a tight radius bend to clear the chassis, made from 304L SS elbows and pipe which is tig welded, the tight radius bend is made from pie cuts and back purged while the rest of the downpipe and exhaust aren’t. Space is limited and the downpipe sits quite close to the brake lines, please note you will need to bend/wrap the brake lines, this is the same for most turbo systems and while not ideal it doesn’t create any issues, the Low Mount setup is better in this regard, but has its own “drawbacks”

The exhaust connects to the turbo with V-band then all the way 3″ straight through design with quality Swedish made resonator and muffler tied all together with 304L SS V-bands connections. The exhaust is HAND MADE with all components from 304L SS and TIG welded.  

The muffler, resonator and 200 cell metalic cat are made from 304L stainless steel in Sweden by Simons Exhaust Systems.

*Please note the exhaust DOES NOT come with a CAT provision as standard, you do have an option to order a CAT and DECAT with the exhaust otherwise it is DECAT type with just a straight pipe where the cat would sit. To add a cat afterwards the exhaust will need to be cut, so please buy the correct exhaust to start with. The cat is sold at trade price, this means its being sold for or the same amount we buy it for.
