Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Many of our parts are built to order. Estimated lead times are shown on the product page. Orders ship by tracked courier, and shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and parcel size.
Returning an item
In-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we made an error. The original shipping you paid is not refunded. Goods are at your risk until we receive them, so we recommend a tracked, insured service.
What cannot be returned
Built-to-order and configured items, including turbo kits, are made to your specification and are final sale. They cannot be returned if you change your mind. Items that have been fitted, used, modified or are no longer in their original condition cannot be returned either. Faulty items are always covered, whatever the product.
Inspection and refunds
Every return is inspected on receipt. If an item shows fitting, wear or use beyond what is needed to examine it, or is returned without its original packaging, your refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the return, after inspection.
Warranty
Products we manufacture, including manifolds, cast elbows and downpipes, are covered against failure. If one fails, return the item to us or send photo or video evidence of the failure. For a manifold we supply a replacement. For a repairable fault, such as a cracked weld on a downpipe, we may instead cover the cost of a local repair, which is usually faster than shipping a new part. We agree the best option with you by email, and we do not leave you with a broken system.
Parts we buy in, such as turbochargers, are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty.
Import duties
We pay the US import duties on your order, so you are not billed for duties on delivery. If you return the order or refuse delivery, the duties and any customs or carrier fees we paid are deducted from your refund.
Refused or failed delivery
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect, and the order is not faulty and we made no error, the outbound and return shipping are deducted from your refund, along with any reduction in value from inspection. The US import duties and any customs or carrier fees we paid are also deducted. Where these costs exceed the order value, no refund is due.
